Miss Lyss Planning specializes in Day-of Coordination, so what does that exactly mean?

It means that Miss Lyss handles all the details on the day of your wedding so you can fully relax. Here are some of the things you can expect to be taken care of:

  • Timeline assistance, access to additional planning templates for organization and ease of communication (vendor forms, packing lists, planning checklist, seating arrangements, etc.)

  • Reaching out to vendors in the few weeks leading up to the event

  • Organizing and running rehearsal walkthrough

  • Greet and assist vendors as they arrive

  • Set up of venue for ceremony and reception and ensure all details are in place

  • Guest assistance (making sure grandma and grandpa have their corsages/boutonnieres and tissues at their seats)

  • Seating of guests for ceremony and reception

  • Getting the happy couple and bridal party members down the aisle for "I Do"

  • Staying on schedule and working with all team members

  • Handing out final payments to vendors

  • Black bag of tricks (a kit with everything to a quick-fix sewing kit to first aid, to breath mints before you head down the aisle)

  • Troubleshooting and fixing any unforeseen situations without you realizing something is amiss

  • Help to pack up items and load cars at the end of the night

However, this doesn't mean I just show up on the day of the wedding and expect to know what's going on. I'm there along the way helping to recommend vendors, set up the timeline and discuss floorplan layouts, talk through details and serve as a sounding board for all your ideas, stresses, and questions.
